Kruge AS in Drammen, Norway acquire
E.T.C. Trading & Consulting AB, Sweden.

Kruge AS, supplier of fastening products in Norway, have from January 2007 acquired all shares in ETC Trading & Consulting AB.
Kruge is member of Christian Spigerverk Group, Oslo.

The objective is a strengthen the position in the Scandinavian market.

Kruge and ETC will reach approx EUR 8,5 mill in turnover.

Lennart Mathiasson proceed in the company as the managing director. 

Each company will run independently with unchanged company details as registration numbers and bank details.
